Wendy Perry and Associates Pty Ltd (WPAA) began in 2002 as VET – Vocational Education and Training Specialists. We provide Customer Contact Centre Consultancy as WPAA and Workforce Development and Planning Services trading as Workforce BluePrint.
The company has offices in Adelaide, South Australia with clients around Australia in the Agriculture, Banking and Finance, Building and Construction, Civil Construction, Community Services, Call/Customer Contact, Defence, Disability, Education, Employment Services, Events, Food and Wine, Health, Higher Education, Manufacturing, Mining and Resources, Telecommunications, Tourism, Vocational Education and Training (VET), and Water sectors.
We take an approach where we do not make you ‘consultant reliant’ building upon your strengths in developing pragmatic and effective solutions. We believe that to be effective and sustainable, our skills, knowledge and expertise need to be transferred to the people we are working with – to you.
