Shane Earls has developed considerable practical and policy experience in the Vocational Education and Training Sector, across Audit & Quality functions, Project and Professional Development Management and Learning and Assessment Strategy Development. Through collaboration with associates, Shane plays a key team role in supporting workforce development initiatives, developing programs and measurable objectives to support those initiatives.

Shane holds a Advanced Diploma – Business Management, Certificate IV in Front Line Management, Certificate IV Training & Assessment (TAA 40104), Statement of Attainment – Quality Audits (Certificate IV and Diploma Level), Diploma in Company Directorship & Governance, Certificate IV Workplace Training & Assessment, Graduate Certificate Management in Industry Education and Training Development, Graduate Diploma in Business – Grad.
